Baku can leave a rich impression in just a couple of days. Start your first day in the Old City — the Maiden Tower, the Shirvanshahs' Palace and narrow historic lanes will take you back to the Middle Ages.
Dedicate the second day to modern Baku: the Flame Towers, the Heydar Aliyev Center and an evening walk along the Caspian boulevard. Ending the day with a dinner cruise is a great choice.
